Lagavulin seminar with Mikael Linden at Oslo Whisky Festival 2016 (Haandverkeren, Oslo): Nose: Blackcurrant leaves, some dried juniper, some engine oil, leather, smoke, bacon. Taste: Strong, sweet, blackcurrant, hint of mint. Lovely stuff! I then tried diluting it with water 1:1, giving an ABV of around 30%. It was still nice and tasty, but mild as a white wine!
