My favorite inexpensive white for simply-cooked white fish: crisp & clean with good minerality that goes great with light fish dishes; this time it was baked, cod -- delicious

Very tasty wine with some shrimp alfredo; crisp and clean, and a suprisingly substantive mouthfeel and mid-palate; long, lingering finish; three or four cuts above the typical cheap white Bdx; drink soon

Better after it was open for awhile: fine nose, good acidity; slight hole in the mid-palate, and definitely a light and delicate wine meant for lightly-sauced white fish; holding well, but certainly in its drinking window
