  Exactly as it should be, with the added bonus of being packaged in one of the lightest 750ml bottles I've encountered. Some might wish for it to be more full, but I found the build to be quite correct. Medium finish, great freshness. Went nicely with homemade bean and vegetable zuppa, with pepperoncino and Parmesan. 12,5% abv, drink now. recommended
