  • Burgundy Chardonnay based champagnoise. I did a wine tasting with the sommelier of a Michelin starred restaurant in SF. He called it the best Burgundy based Champaign and for the price range that could very well be true! Pleasant friendly, non aggressive yet present bubbles and an almost creamy mouth feel. Almonds/nutty flavor, followed by Meyer lemon and pear. Lingering taste of almonds and walnuts with citrus elements. All in all a very nice champagnoise, great QPR. Can’t go wrong with this.
