Tasted this and the entire line with Valerie Varnier today. This held it's own nicely, while it is dry it's not on the zero level so not much more dry then their GC Brut. in fact I liked this a little better as it showed good length and overall balance. There is a little more acidity on the back end which lends itself to a longer more defined finish. As such this is an excellent food friendly bottle and very good value at that. Drink now but can easily age a few years.

Refined toasty champagne with some wood, creamy texture and some oxidative notes. Excellent.
