  Straw with pale gold and green highlights. Lovely nose of lime, green apple, pear and apricot with honeysuckle, petrol, wet stone and slight flint. On the palate this off-dry wine displays a high acid with a medium body and a round (slightly creamy) mouth feel with great precision. The palate also reveals white peach and subtle botrytis notes. Great balance of acid and ripeness.
