15빈이라 아직 단단할 것 같았으나 충분히 열어놓고 즐기니 마시는 순간 시간의 흐름에 따라서도 맛도 향도 다양했다
이쁜 산미의 체리, 과실향과 오크가 주를 이루다 시간이 지날수록 피어오르는 장미, 가죽, 미네랄리티는 지샹을 연상시키기도 했다
발향이 어마어마함
