Very youthful for almost a decade. Wonderful aromatics of exotic nut oils, lanolin and honeyed citrus. Nice balance on the palate with the exotic notes chiming in.

Great drinking window - medium gold color, reticent nose of herbs de provence, roasted hazelnut and exotoic oils. Lovely on the palate with a great balance of dried savory white fruits, nuts, and minerality.

Second time I have tasted this wine. Gold tinged yellow. Not very aromatic. As before, I would not have pegged this as Burgundy cause it doesn't taste like Chardonnay. Nicely integrated simmering linear acidity- a bit electric. Round subtle white orchard fruit in the mouth. A touch of bitterness on the end. Very interesting but not something I'll buy again at $60.

I mistakenly popped this on a week night not fully realizing what it was. Wow. Yellow tinged straw. lots of pyrazines on the nose. Razor sharp acidity on the palate. This is pretty intense stuff. A bit reminiscent of a really good upper loire sauvignon blanc except it is pinot blanc.

Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy/Champagne Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. 100% Pinot Blanc. Ripe apple with intense acidity to start, then more balanced and charming middle-to-finish. Good+ length. Better to cellar another year or two to soften, then drink 2019-2024.
