Nice wine...but did not quite have the "muscle" to stand up to roasted pork tenderloin with cranberry sauce. It was on the sweet side which is not my thing. Nice nice...lots of green apple and floral notes.

We had this with the creme brulee that I made and it was a perfect compliment to the toasted sugars and creamy vanilla of the C.B.
