  C'est bio à l'ouverture: presque perlant, un peu de funk au nez. J'ai ouvert et carafé 1h avant. Ça aurait pris une bonne autre heure de carafe. Ça pinotte tout plein. Cerise et fraise au nez. Minéral et un peu de poivre en bouche. C'est léger et essentiellement sur le fruit. Peu de verdeur. Gouleyant et bon. Peu de longueur, peu de complexité. Pour le prix, c'est bien.
