Moderately translucent, medium-deep cherry red color. Somewhat simple but also enjoyably juicy and attractive nose with straightforward aromas of ripe cherries, dusty earth, some peppery Pinosity and a little bit of fresh cranberry. The wine is juicy, medium-bodied and pretty crunchy with rather straightforward flavors of ripe cranberries, spicy Pinosity, some dark cherry tones, a little bit of peppery character and a hint of sour cherry bitterness. The wine is moderately high in acidity with gentle medium tannins. The finish is long, spicy and very gently grippy with dry flavors of peppery spice, crunchy cranberry, some sour cherry bitterness, a little bit of earthy Pinosity and a savory hint of old oak spice.

A nice, fresh and balanced Pinot Noir. Overall a solid and reliable effort with quite straightforward flavor department and nothing in excess. Perhaps not that interesting, but a very enjoyable allrounder and a versatile food wine all the same. Nice.
