  • (Disgorged in May 2016)
Yellow colour with an intense stream of fine bubbles. Maturing nose showing hazelnuts, chalk, minerals and raspberries in a very pleasant way. Very nice intensity on the palate with citrus acidity, lemon zest bitterness and some chalkiness on the finish. Very nice and pleasant showing tonight, but should reward some more years of extra cellar time.

  • (Disgorged in spring of 2016) Light yellow colour with a stream of bubbles lead way for the very youthful and discrete nose showing minerals, lemon and a hint of hazelnuts. Palate is still very youthfully acidic and dominated by lemon acidity. As with their last cuvée from 2008 this is also made in a very light style that doesn't really thrill me. This is a good showing, but nothing that gives lasting memories.
