  Agree with note below. Acidity was a bit high initially, but nicely integrated on day two. Might benefit from a brief decant or a little more time in the cellar.

  Deep straw in color, this wine reveals honeydew melon, white grapefruit and minerals on the nose. The mouth feel brings creamy acidity, bright citrus and more minerals. The finish is short with the acidity struggling to integrate with the citrus and mineral elements. 13% abv.
  
  Brought by my boss to a local BYOB this wine's aromatics are pleasant but the short finish knocks my score down a few notches. It was a barely acceptable pairing with my grilled romaine first course.
