Nice acidity. Very fresh. Very impressive. One thing I love about this wine is that it's not an ultra-low-yeild Macon dressed with a bunch of flashy new oak, dressed up to look like a more expensive white Burgundy from another appellation in order to justify its high price tag (relative to other Macons) - but, rather, it's just a superb, yet still very typical Macon. Perfection in its own way. Possibly the best Macon I've had to date.
