Bright red berry/stone fruit on the tip of the tongue--not obtrusive, at all. A medium bodied wine with a somewhat lean mouthfeel. Some salinity. Nice refreshing tartness.

Consumed over two days. This was better on the first day. Forgive me for saying this but there wasn’t much structure beyond the initial fruit. The fruit partially burned off overnight to deliver a somewhat hollow wine on the second day.
Well made wine, to me, shines for its bright fruit. The smoky bacon, fat and spicy fruit shine upon opening. Drink now and enjoy.

This is my last bottle of this 2015 vintage! Aired this one for 4 hours in the bottle. 1st glass ahead of food, on the patio, in cool autumn air. Noticed a pepper taste, not recognized with the prior bottle in August. Still a well balanced, enjoyable wine. This Syrah will stand up to spicey foods, but also pleasant with more mild accompaniments.

Aired for 4 hours in the bottle, from cellar to room temperature; perfection! Nice mineral balanced nose, tart on front of tongue, smooth on back. Tart and mineral character returns with after taste. Drinking before dinner of cod with summertime tomato sauce - wine should complement the light sauce, though might be finished by then!

Best and last of my 3 bottles. Perhaps I drank the 2 others too young. This bottle was very good. Poured through a Vinturi to accelerate opening and the wine sang. Lovely notes of ‘dirt’, raw meat, that I associate with Northern Rhône styled syrahs. Excellent. Wish I had more or held onto another bottle
