  • Very nice, well-balanced with complex favor. Hints of mineral, cannon, black currant aroma and taste. Wonderful after breathing and economic choice. Preferred table wine.

  • I don't know how much age this bottle has as I opened it soon after purchase. I often worry about Vin de Table but this one is quite nice. Decanted and poured. Muted rasberries, pepper and Mourvedre funk on the nose. Nice balance mouthfeel and with more weight than I expect from this level. Surprisingly long rich finish of black pepper, red and black fruit. I'd give it a score of "buy again" (I paid about 15 USD).

  • Wow, what a difference a few years in the cellar can make!! When I first tried this wine it was very tannic, disjointed, and revealing very little fruit. That has all changed as the nose is full of cherry fruit, some herbs, anise, and smoke. The palate follows with bright clean rich cherry that becomes darker over time, with some sweetness that is of the good variety rather than coying, and good balance. The finish is very long with loads of cherry and some spice. Lip smacking good and glad I have a few bottles left.
