  We opened this wine during a dinner party where we were serving roasted chicken. I was afraid that I had waited too long to drink but everyone loved it. It had a smooth taste but had a little acidy (how's that for official verbage) finish. A pleasant surprise all in all considering I was expecting to spit it out as soon as it touched my lips.
