The 2013 Goosecross Aeros is smooth, with a delicate, balanced richness. Allow your nose to linger over the glass for a moment and delight in a nose of crushed rose petals, violets, herbs and dark, brooding fruit notes; perfumed yet powerful.
There is a tumble of rich dark fruit that glides across the palate, led by black cherry, blackberry and cassis, with a background wisp of woodsy smoke. The soft, subtle mouthfeel has balance, elegance and interest with a sweet, vanilla tannin grip that holds the wine in check. The finish unfolds into layers of currant, toast, and sweet liquorice.
Each vintage of Goosecross Aeros is made in small amounts, strictly defined by the acreage of our State Lane vineyard. Please enjoy now or add to your cellar selection and a future reward of enjoying over the next decade.

This one aged to perfection. Pure velvet from start to finish. This is Goosecross at its greatest.
