Such a beautiful pinot. Don't know if this makes sense, but a really Burgundian rendition from the New World. Definitely bigger and less nuanced than an "old Burgundy", but still show some of that polish, earthy, restrained old world charm in a new world style.

Not bad, some fruit forwardness. Good viscosity and some decent interest. *3rd night raspberries on the palette. Rescored. Crushed fresh, not couli. Will probably get there in five to ten years.

Dark in color. Screw cap closure. Nose was pretty dead. Pretty typical balanced Willamette valley pinot, with fine tannins. Nothing special. Doesn’t seem like time is going to improve it much.

Took to NYE party. No formal notes taken. Was popular with the group. Off memory, restrained fruit, a bit of earthiness, good structure. Shows character! Good QPR. Drinking well right now.
