  Dark red, slightly transparent. Lovely complex nose with mixed dark red fruit, forest floor, coffee and a touch of milk chocolate. Fresh juicy taste with a slightly sweet, salty aftertaste. Long and smooth, yet with quite a bit of drying tannin, which suits this intense and almost full body wine.
  Good balance in all three Camigliano-wines I have tasted so far. The rosso and brunello were better, but this may be vintage-related.
