Popped and allowed to sit in the glass for an hour before drinking. Medium bodied but showing a lot of stuffing. ABV sneaks up on you, shows a little heat which adds some balance, but needs a good cut of beef to complete the job. Certainly a Cali take on the grape, and quite tasty at the moment. I'd err on the side of drinking.
