  BBQ with Anja and Elmar at our house. This sparkling wine was medium ruby in colour and threw some sediment. It offered forest berries, liquorice, mild vegetal notes and a hint of coffee on the nose and palate, with slightly coarse mousse of rather big bubbles, lively acidity, medium-level tannin and good length.
