  In der Nase sehr viel Pflaume, etwas Cassis, etwas Rauch, etwas Stein, etwas Weihnachtsgewürz, dazu eine sehr frische Note. Am Gaumen bestätigt sich diese Komplexität, die Frische bleibt, es ist auch etwas Salz dabei. Das Ganze hat durchaus Länge, allerdings geht zum Ende der Fokus stark flöten.
