After 9 years it retains the intensity of tropical fruits, particularly pineapple, and the acidity of youth. Versatile. It seems to me to have another 5 to 10 years ahead.

One of the best Natural wines I had to date. Pranzegg is for example also up there with this wine. The wine had a no off notes that you sometimes encounter in these kind of wines. Very nice golden color. Tasted like it had long(er) yeast contact, tropical fruits, herbal and yes maybe even some minerals. Go and get this if you are into Natural wines! :)

Minerally with a matchstick edge reduction, fresh with linear citrus fruit and a bit of toastiness. Reduction style too overpowering you can taste much else. Shame.
From limestone/clay-rich soils, this is the late bottling that has spent four years in barrel.

Outstanding examle for the style of the middle layer in the Ex Vero-lineup. Showing notes of dried apricots, dates, some herbal tones and a racy, zesty finish.
