  • Pineapple and peaches aroma, bright, acidic, joyful. Just like springtime.

  • Winery in Kaysersberg, Alsace. Stainless steel fermentation, typical for the region. Medium yellow in color. A bit tight at serving temp as for as aromas. On the palate, lemon, apple, pear and some nice minerality. Moderate acidity typical for the area and varietal. Completely dry (I think it's about 7 grams residual sugar). Refreshing wine, free of any blemishes and has a pretty long finish too. Moderate to full body with an alcohol level around 13%. It is not very complex and pretty simple, though, and forgettable. The winery says it's slightly effervescent, but I didn't notice it in my bottle.
