Dark lemon yellow. Light nose of lemon apple and vanilla. Nicely balanced citrus, tropical fruits and ripe apples. Nuanced oak. This does have more oak presence than the single vineyard wines but pulls it off well. If you’re looking for a California Chablis style this won’t float your boat but I still enjoyed it with chicken salad with croissant.

Very complex with a variety of citrus flavors plus a bit of butterscotch and oak. It's amazing to me that a white wine I had forgotten about had held up so well. Time is running out on this wine, but it is currently not too late.

A bit too ripe and oaked for me. I've had other Aubert single-vineyard wines that, while hedonistic and powerful, I really enjoy. They can have lots of tension and life despite the high alcohol, but this one comes off a bit sappy with an overpowering pine smell and flavor.
