  • Taste: nice mature oak, with refined citrus fruit and a flowery note. Taste: again the rather havy, mature oak, but well balanced by that unique refined acidity and fruity notes of citrus. Also in mature condition this wine shows once more the fantastic character of white Burgundy 2014. 90-91.

  • Kept about two years under condition 1 (see my profile). At the first day like my last TN of end of July. At the fourth day with 11 degrees C. still more powerful and vivid, with a very nice balance between fruit (lemon), acidity, vanilla, oak and minerals. 91.

  • Nice nose with well integrated oak and very nose mature notes. Taste: at first dominated by a rather aggressive acidity. After ten minutes in the glass opening up with the lemony acidity, that is typical for Burgundy 2014, nice mature notes and well integrated oak. Also a bit creamy. At the fourth day a bit grassy in the taste, but not less good. Again a very nice bottle of this wine. I will drink my last one before the end of this year. 90-91.

  • At the rim of the cork a small light grey edge, like from a fungus. Color: already quite dark golden. Nose was quite muted. Taste: mature notes were prominent. After a while in the glass also some fruit. (Drunk with turbot and sauce Hollandaise.) Compared to less than five months ago this bottle seemed more mature than was to be expected. But to my surprise it matched well with salade of carrot, oxcart cabbage, onion and a bit of mayonaise: vanilla some fruit and mint came to the front. With the salade: 87-88. A lesser bottle?

  • Color: light golden yellow. Taste: a nice balance of fruit (apple and pear), a fine and rather precise acidity, subtle mineralogy and oak, and a bit buttery. A rather feminine wine. Really very nice. At the fourth day to little fruit and to much oak. 90-91.
