  If you like your Chards bright and crisp with nearly searing acidity, this is the one for you. For me, it requires food because it's so lean. A nice expression on the opposite pole from the flabby, unctuous Chards still prominent. The acid drives citrus notes forward almost making this feel like a stainless steel Sauv Blanc, backed up by the stone fruit and apple of Chardonnay.
