  Opens with a classic, though notably rich nose, showing pleasant dried grasses and ripe fruit; a small production wine if I understand correctly, one not found all that commonly, and always a richer, more lush version of the variety. Deliciously intense, deeply flavored, but nothing overripe or out of balance, with good acidity, lovely interest and complexity. Almost a sipping wine because of its intensity, would be a good match with richer foods.

  C'est superbe... je ne suis pas de nature à apprécier beaucoup les vins issus de Sauvignon mais ce Sancerre est vraiment spécial, d'une grande finesse au nez et en bouche.. bluffant
