Full body, bright crimson color. Intense red fruits and floral aroma. Cherry and currants palate and juicy fresh finish. Rich but fresh and silky, juicy, complex but slightly dis-balanced, lovely berries acidity and sweet tannins. Food friendly, best match grilled meat or fresh salads. Open half hour ahead. Serve 18º - 22º. Drink now while young and next couple years.

Fresh dark fruit on the nose, plums, brambles, there's something a little floral too More dark fruit, autumn fruit, on the palate, very spicy, sort of northern rhoney, great freshness despite very ripe fruit, just a touch f firmness on the finish and then a little savoury oak. Tastes like there's some stalk action going on. I really like this. It's all about freshness with very little oak. Probably wouldn't recognise this as rioja but that's not a problem. £14 approx

Ripe, cherry, jam, less oak than Edicion Limitada, feels more traditional in structure.
