  OK Prosecco... a little too bitter for me.
  
  Nice clear gold light yellow color.
  
  Light body. Medium minus as acidity. Feels semi dry.
  
  Not aromatic. Maybe vaguely citrus... but I am not too sure.
  
  On the palate- nicebstong bubbles 👍 but not too much flavors... apple, pear lemon, lime.
  
  OK Prosecco. Nothing more. Not too great VFM too..m

  Appealing mousse, medium bubbles. Noteworthy concentration, fine textures, pleasantly expansive, very good lift. Likely to pair well with a broad range of food. 85-86.
