Ruby color. Nose of oak, licorice and some herbs. Very light and elegant taste, some fruit and medium oak, light tannins and medium acidity. Medium long slightly bitter finish. Very easy drinker without any depth.

13.5% alcohol, composition cork, light to medium foil; fast legs, dark red, nose is a little sour/bitter; taste has yeast, metal, astringent notes of tobacco; aftertaste slightly bitter, metallic, not fruit forward; actually tastes better unvinturied (I tried it both ways, with a subsequent 1/2 hour wait each time); unvinturied there are notes of citrus, raspberries; pair with hard cheese; could stand a few years of cellaring; currently on markdown at Costco

Surprisingly light cab. No trace of oakiness.
