Color: medium copper with salmon, opaque Nose: rose petals, violets, lychee, cantelope, Thai basil, peach flesh Palate: full body, medium acidity, some tannins. Bitterness. Sour almond and just tons of roses. The peach and the lychee are less stark; there is an orange zest and marzipan hint Finish: long, bitter
Best orange wine I've had, and a truly outstanding wine. Wonderful with food but it had so many layers I would recommend it on its own. If paired, oilier fishes and light meat are best.
