Dark magenta with ruby highlights. Candied red fruit, cinnamon and spice nose. Full bodied, cherry pie, prickly heat, blackberry jam, sweet tannins, tobacco, and a medium finish. Hot and fruity, but still pretty good.

It was a bit high in the alcohol, but a surprisingly good bottle. Agree with previous notes, but think the high alcohol gives it a bit of perceived sweetness

An intriguing blend comprised of 53% Zinfandel, 20% Petite Sirah, 20% Barbera and 7% Aglianico. Dark and mysterious with wild blackberry pie, cassis, boysenberry, nutmeg and allspice. Concentrated fruit flavors with lively acidity and rich tannins make for this nicely balanced blend that will age beautifully for years to come. Best Drinking: Now-2024 Best Drinking Temperature: 62F-68F
