Aromas of marshmallow, vanilla, spice, papaya and pineapple. Flavors marshmallow, papaya, guava, vanilla and pineapple. Ends with a 40 second finish with tropical fruit notes. This is really a top notch chardonnay.

Served at 55 degrees. Aromas of marshmallow, papaya, guava, banana and mango. Nose really has a lot going on. Flavors of papaya, mango, guava, lemon pie and hint is nutmeg. Ends with a 40+ second finish with tropical fruit notes. This is excellent and on par with Marcassin and Aubert. Still expensive but worth the money.

Same note as before drinking over the course of 3 hours. Extremely concentrated and leaning toward syrupy sweet and heavily oaked. A really prominent accent of citrus blossoms keeps it fresh. Drinking great now but might improve with another year or so.

I'm a big fan of Ferren wines, both the whites and reds, and this did not disappoint. Popped and poured. Wonderful white flower and melon on the nose, followed by a rich palate of melon, quince, crushed rocks, and apple. In my mind, very similar to Marcassin Charodnnays, which of course is no surprise considering the winemaker's experience there.

Great place right now. Light on the palate with great acidity and grip in the finish. Oak intermingles well. Bravo!
