  • A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Kerner grapes, the fermentation process and reinjection of the captured CO2 results in an Okanagan “Prosecco.” Style: Frizzante (Sparkling.) With flavors of citrus and stone fruit, nose of fruity aromas and lots of tiny bubbles, a good balance of sweetness and acidity, and a good mouth feel. One of my favorite Okanagan Valley wineries. They sell all they can make in Canada, so if you want some, a trip is in order.
