  • Superb, modern expression of luxury Napa cabernet. Beautiful currant fruit, classy oak handling, very new world, with a fine but persistent tannic structure which frames the wine beautifully. It is approachable, and I would suggest that this style may show at an early stage of maturity, even though there will be no worries about ageing this for 15 - 20 years without issue.. Very nice, if not at the ultimate level of accomplishment in Napa. It is a wine that delivers.

  • 4th Saturday Brown Bagger (T&L's): Double blind. Coffee and herb aromas with black currant and plum underneath. Mixed red and black fruit on the palate, supporting medium tannins. Balanced. Impressive. Guessed Napa cab sauv.
