A few years ago, I used to serve this wine by allowing it to aerate.
Nowadays, it tastes jolly good when pop-and-pour. Green apples, lime, jasmine, peach flavours are still present. Good dose of minearlity and acidity. Very harmonious and well balanced. It is not as refreshing as before, and the finish is noticeably shorter nowadays.
Considering that I bought these bottles at GBP 4 a bottle, if offers unbeatable pleasure.
This should be drunk up in the next few years.

When PnP, it's rather simple, almost like syrupy lime juice. But after 30 mins to 1 hour of aeration, the peach, floral, green apple, lime flavours start to develop nicely. Persistently high acidity, yet it's nicely balanced by the fruity flavours. The flavours gain considerable depth and complexity.
It still tastes wonderfully complex and pleasing on day 2.
Wonderful QPR.

Had this as an aperitif last weekend. Really joyous stuff, green apples, floral, with perfect sweet/ acidity balance. And now starting to take on a little development, some light toasty notes. I think it was about £10 a bottle when I bought it so very good value.

Green apples, honey, floral on the nose Just a touch of sweetness that disappears with chilling, green apple acidity, zingy and fresh, just getting a little roundness at the end Simple and versatile, eaten with spicy vegetable stir fry

gently appley nose with a touch of floral - apple blossom perhaps Nice refreshing acidity balances with sweetness. Really fresh and vibrant. Tasting good now though will gain complexity with age I think. Good price £10.25
