Sunday BBQ (Chicago, IL): Served double blind (but known as riesling). Smoky and slightly stinky on the nose (bad reduction). Better on the palate, with a touch of sweet fruit, but also a bit thin and green. Definitely not in the Alsace-Germany-Austria camp, and thought this was something from the new world.

Pale bright yellow colour. Mild apple-juice aroma. Citrus and mineral taste with very pleasant acidity. Most of the bottle was finished on its own but the tiny bit left paired well with roasted turkey breast and mustard cream sauce.

Un vin très facile à boire ( peut-être trop ?) . Un vin doté d'une bonne acidité et un petit côté salin . Bien pour 21$ (LCBO) mais à 29$ à la saq , je passe . Ce sera bû durant l'été pour les deux autres bouteilles . 15.5/20
