Pale lemon-green in the glass. Medium nose of that ripe peach that's so sweet to steal from your neighbour's that you have to pick a whole garbage bag of them. Aromas that follow are gorgeous notes of yellow grapefruit, orange zest, tangerine, nectarine, yellow melon and wet stone. Medium-bodied with a badass floral character in the mouth, just exploding all over your senses. Nothing is aggressive here - the alcohol and acidity are integrated, some secondary notes (cream, biscuit) creep in subtly and the minerality splashes its way to the finish line which is sticky and long-lasting. Just drinking this is like sitting in a hacienda by the beach and inhaling the sea salt-juniper vibe of a good life. Don't serve this wine chilled to the bone, let it be on room temperature for a few minutes and you'll be amazed by the quality. Brave price of 14 EUR which can stand behind the character of this wine easily.

farringtonのワイン持ち寄り会に持って行った。 まわりは、ブルゴーニュ、シャブリ、の中で、後半に開けてもらった。 記憶と同じ味、そして安っぽくなく健闘。

Tasty surprise consumed during first night in Croatia. Fruit forward, but dry. Underlying minerality, nice acidity, medium body. Lovely wine.
