Slight bricking; very little sediment. A bit harsh on opening, started to smooth out after about 90 min of air. Plenty of fruit left, nicely balanced with a hint of tartness on the finish. Aged cab with NY strips cooked to perfection on the BGE...mmmm.

Soft and subtle wine. Stone fruits with a hint of underlying sweetness. Finishes with a bit of chocolate.
