Pepper, clove, green herbs, red fruits, green, stalky. Dry with finely grained med+ tannin, med alcohol, med+ acidity. Med long finish. Very good wine with a definite cool and crisp profile, maybe lacking a little middle palate and longer aftertaste to be outstanding. Nice typicity.

A Raul Perez project (with a partner), old vines, field blend of Mencia with some Trousseau and Grenache. Young,spicy/peppery, crunchy raspberry and red cherry, herbs. Long and structured but offering pleasure. B+/A-

Mas madera de lo esperado según se abre. La boca es lo mejor buscando el lado más sutil de la zona. Con un toque de paprika, fruta roja explosiva y una frescura maravillosa, arcilla.
La nariz se va poniendo en su sitio con el tiempo (que no fue mucho) desplegando un abanico interesante de fruta y hierbas de monte. Elegante, dejando ver el terruño y con clase. Para beber en el 2020.

Tomado en La Raquetista.
