  • This excellent and harmonious Chassagne-Montrachet starts with a bouquet of hazelnuts, some stone fruit, brioche and some flint stone.
The acidity precisely cuts through the creamy richness and gives the burgundy a rich, but fresh mouthfeel. At the end there is slight bitterness but in a positive way.
I guess the wine can be enjoyed for at least another decade.
