There is an enormous amount of subtle complexity with this wine that unless savored is not fully noticed or appreciated. Brief little waves of fuji apple, lemon/orange zest, peach & pear, straw, brioche, and all with a food complimentary acidity. The finish is long. At peak. Enjoy now.

Effusive nose of white nectarines and stones. Light to medium-bodied with a pronounced lemon acid spine throughout, flint and white nectarine. Drinking well at the moment.

Pale gold. Brilliantly crisp, and like the last bottle in April, almost no reduction. But this showed a lot better, performed far more like its price point. Zesty, citrus and crunch, that immediate 'hit' of white burgundy that you inhale from the bowl of your glass and know you are about to experience something lovely. This bottle is really 'a point', good balance of acidity and fruit, nicely mineral through the mid-palate with some sweetness. Good stuff.

Best of the 3 PYCMs. Balanced, mineral, malic acid, flinty, delectable.

Honeysuckle, peach, anise, just a hint of oak. Fine balance for the ripe vintage but the stuffing and acid isn't there.
