WSET Diploma Unit 3 - EXAM (SF Wine School): I blinded this as a Gruner Federspiel, since it had notable string bean vegetal quality, not much fruit on the nose, medium body, medium alcohol, high acid, medium bitterness.
Analysis: The vegetal quality is bizarre for Muscadet, and the bitterness is not correct for Melon de Bourgogne. The high acid and any lees could have hinted Melon, but I stand by the call, given how this tasted.

Fairly vegetal, fairly green on the finish.

lots of doughiness on this, with some wet stone, lemon juice, and white peach. nice creamy texture. finishes a bit short, and lacking some intensity.
