VWTC - Chapel Down - with Antony Ilani (Verulam Wine Tasting Club - St Albans www.vwtc.org): Dark pink colour (I've seen some Pinot Noirs ligher than this. It's a blend of Rondo and Regent varieties that underwent 24 hours maceration on the skins. Taste of strawberry brulee and plums, there was a little spritz ("a burst of CO2 was given to give the wine a freshness"), and some good acidity on finish. If it has to be pink, then I'd go for this.
