Another in a series of British Columbia wines from Canada. On nose:distinct hints of fresh bread and vanilla from light oak , and characteristic apricot aromas. On palate:a follow through of the above with light notes of lemon and red licorice nuances. Light alcohol level (12%)and a slight hollowness in the middle make this a good sipping wine ......but it does not have the depth , complexity or richness of a Northern Rhone.....pleasant warm weather white though.....not a keeper ....drink by 2019.

I was expecting more. Had with Salmon and asparagus and potatoes and salad. Wasn’t as crisp and fruity as I remembered from the tasting. Was ok but I won’t go out of my way to buy again. Way better Viognier’s out there!
