  Medium straw in color, this sparkling wine showed apple, pear and brioche on the nose. The mouth feel brought a delicate mousse, tiny, explosive bubbles and Marcona almond undertones. The finish was complex with more apple notes as well as lemon zest elements. 12.5% abv. Disgorged 1/2/2017.
  
  Purchased for $17US, this is an enjoyable sparkling wine made of 41% Pinot Gris/35% Pinot Auxerrois/13% Chardonnay/11% Pinot Blanc. It's a pleasurable sparkling wine made by quality wine makers.
