  Pale, bright yellow. Mango and melon on the nose, and while that's definitely an exotic mix, overall the 2015 Bourgogne doesn't suggest the influence of botrytis. Pear dominates the palate and there's enough acidity to keep this fresh. Exceeds expectations for regional Burgundy and the vintage.
