Very good for those who want to venture out of the oh-so-popular NZ, or for those who want to convince a NZ Sauvy By-er that there's more to the grape.
Pale straw in colour. Fantastic on the nose - minerality (chalk), tropical notes without being overpowering, a bit grassy, but predominantly fresh.
Refreshing and balanced as always on the palate - classic Loire mineral follows through, lychee, grapefruit, lemon zest, but all undercut with great acidity and restrain.
Great with salads, fish, creamy pasta.

In Burgundian bottle, this SB is coming in more complex fashion, richer and fresh, better than your average one.
